In The Studio: Week 21

In The Studio-Week 17
Join me this week as I visit a church in Corbridge to plan for an art exhibition in 2025, pack up a large oil painting for America and get ready for Open Studios in Isleworth, London. Another packed week but I managed to find a little painting time in amongst it all!
In The Studio - Week 16
This week I have continued to struggle with my large abstract painting inspired by Honfleur - with three versions on the go at the same time! I have also taken some time for some en plein air painting - always good to get out into the countryside, but it also puts me slightly out of my comfort zone - which would definitely be in the studio for me.

Join me this week as I begin to get my head around the painting based on a visit to Honfleur much earlier in the year. This large abstract painting is finally beginning to take shape and I am looking forward to sharing the journey with you.

This week I am in Brighton for The Cab Run 2 art exhibition, run by Do Not Obstruct Gallery. Join me as I prepare for the exhibition as well as delivering my large colourful abstract paintings and garden diptychs to the tunnels underneath Brighton Railway Station.
